Part time Customer Service Vacancy
If you’re looking for a part-time, work from home, Customer Service role to help you achieve a great work/life balance, then this could be the one for you!
We are looking for two customer focused colleagues to work on behalf of a UK DEFRA approved microchip database company with an immediate start. You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries via telephone and email from pet owners and pet professionals – Vets, rescue centres, and breeders etc. Accurately processing and recording data and ensuring regulatory standards and data protection requirements are maintained.
Requirements:
As this is a remote role you’ll enjoy working on your own initiative, within a supportive, structured environment, and will be happy to multi-task, set priorities and manage your time effectively.
You will also be ready to accept and adapt to changes in requirements naturally.
You will have a strong customer focus, computer literate, and excellent phone manner, with the ability to adapt your style to different personality types.
Hourly Rate:
£12.15 per hour
Schedule:
Week 1: Monday & Tuesday 0900-1700, plus Saturday & Sunday 0900-1300
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 0900-1700
Contract:
3 month fixed term contract with possible extension
